Refund Policy

  1. No refunds or replacements if customers enter the wrong shipping address. We offer refunds if you meet the following criteria.
  2. Email us at youronlinegiftstoreoffice@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number and why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Items must arrive in the same condition you received them.
  4. Use the return label provided by our customer service representatives.
  5. We have a 30-day money back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee.
  6. Your refund will take 3-5 business days to process through your bank.
  7. Note: Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.

Returned to Sender

1. If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance. There will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well.
2. Sometimes packages are destroyed by the postal carrier or lost in transit. If we do not receive the item back we will provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.
3. If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.

Order Cancellation

All our products are printed on demand for each customer at the time of order and
we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase.

Clearance Items

Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.

Warranties

Our standard refund and replacement policy is good for 30-days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered.t.

International Shipping

Various international customs duties, taxes and/or fees are not included in our base price and are the shopper’s responsibility.
